How do I get my 14wk old adopted kittens to give me luvies cuddels. And let me rub and pet them they are Joy and DJ

Typically, as long as they aren't feral, fourteen week old kittens are pretty eager for love and attention. Just like most animals, the way to their heart is with food and praise. Use treats to get Joy and DJ's attention and let them have it as they get closer to you. As soon as they allow you to touch them, they get a better treat. If they let you hold them, even better. Use this technique until they are in your loving arms, purring and snuggling. Hope this helps.
