Why is my dog wobbly and dizzy after taking a deworming pill?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 9 months old

I gave lucy her deworming pill today 5 hours ago.she went to sleep after that and now when she walks I think she is somehow unbalanced and maybe dizzy cause she doesn't walk quite right.can something like this be caused by this pill?

That is not a typical side effect of a deworming treatment, and I would be concerned that something else is causing Lucy to behave this way such as an illness or injury. Keep a close eye on her for now. If this behavior continues over the next 30-60 minutes, gets worse, or she develops other signs such as disorientation, confusion, vomiting, or severe lethargy, take her into a vet right away.
