I am concerned as well. While a kitten can have some lethargy after receiving vaccines and deworming treatments, it's not normal for that to last more than a day or two. If she is eating and drinking normally, then you can wait until the morning to have her seen by a vet by a health check. Should she not be eating or drinking normally, then I would have her seen by an ER vet tonight.

The dewormer for roundworms (if it was pyrantel) is given orally once every 2 weeks 3-4 times. Sometimes puppies that have a roundworm infection may become lethargic. Lethargy in puppies can be caused by a variety of other medical conditions as well including viral infections. If Khaleesi is lethargic, not eating, and just not herself, my best advice is to have her seen by her veterinarian for an exam just to be sure there is nothing else more concerning going on that would cause or contribute to her lethargy. You can try to entice eating by offering some plain boiled chicken or wet food warmed up as cat's appetites are driven by smell.
