Yes, it certainly is possible that Tippy has a urinary problem causing this bleeding and blood in the urine, such as a UTI or bladder stones. Given that she is eating normally and is behaving normally, you can wait until tomorrow to take her into the vet. The vet can a physical exam, blood tests, and urinalysis to diagnose what is causing these symptoms so she can be treated.

Poor guy. He likely has a urinary tract infection or cystitis (inflamed bladder usually due to stress). I would recommend taking him to your vet for a urine test to determine which is present so that he is treated appropriately. As long as he is otherwise acting normal and able to urinate at will, then it isn't considered an emergency at this point. Getting him seen on Monday or the day after should be ok. If Tibou has a normal energy level and has been eating and drinking, and is able to urinate, and if you press on her belly and she isn't painful then this is something that can probably wait until your vet opens in the morning. We can see urinary tract infections in older cats in particular females with kidney disease. A urinary tract infection can cause the symptoms you describe. Other possible causese could include bladder stones, sterile cystitis (inflammation of the bladder without infection), tumors of the bladder or other parts of the urinary tract, or primary renal hematuria. I would call your vet in the morning for an appointment where they can check the urine and may recommend imaging such as an x-ray or ultrasound. If Tibou is acting lethargic, has a painful abdomen, is vomiting or having trouble breathing, or hasn't been eating or drinking then a visit to the emergency vet is recommended. It is never wrong, however, to take your pet to the emergency vet if you feel very concerned and need peace of mind! The only thing you can do is bring Billie Jo to a veterinarian as soon as possible. I would recommend seeing if you can find another veterinarian open but if that is your only option then once they are open go in. Poor kitty. Cats can have blood in their urine as a result of stress, bladder stones or even an underlying urinary tract infection. As long as he is urinating readily with no excessive straining, vocalization, or lethargy, he shouldn't be in any immediate danger. I would recommend taking him in to your vet within the next day or two to have a urinalysis done so that he can ge properly diagnosed and treated. Until then, continue to monitor him for any of the symptoms that I mentioned above, which would warrant an emergency visit to the vet. Otherwise, a regular vet visit is appropriate. It could be Snow is suffering from feline idiopathic cystitis or bladder stones. She will need to see a vet for this problem. If she appears otherwise healthy and happy, eats and drinks plenty, you can wait until Monday morning. If she appears lethargic, ill or distressed, or if the urine appears very bloody, then she should be seen by a vet ASAP.
