Poor Lexi! This could be several different things and likely unrelated to her being spaying. The twitches are likely just her relaxing and possibly dreaming as she is going to sleep. I wouldn't be too concerned about it unless it continues or seems like she is in pain. If you are unsure, you could video it and show your vet what she is doing to see if it is something to be concerned about. The vomiting could be due to several different things like bacterial infection, acid reflux, hair balls, a partial GI obstruction, parasites and much more. You could try giving her some hair ball medicine for a few days to see if she improves, but if she doesn't or if she worsens or stops eating, I would have your vet take a look at her. Your vet should be able to determine the cause and get her started on the proper treatment to help her feel better. I hope this helps.
