My cat is tired, not eating, and not moving. Should I worry?

It sounds like he is getting sick. Without additional clinical signs it is hard to say exactly what is causing his lethargy and decreased appetite but he could be starting with a respiratory virus or a gastrointestinal virus. He could also have parasites that need to be treated. If it continues than he should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. Your vet can run lab work to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. If he is unvaccinated, please discuss a vaccine plan with your vet once he has recovered from this illness.

Mojo sounds extremely sick. Unfortunately, without examining him, I can't determine the cause of his lethargy and inappetence. Some possible causes include a severe abscess/infection, virus, cancer, among others. Cats that do not eat normally can develop a condition known as hepatic lipidosis (fatty liver disease) which can be quite severe. If he is not drinking normally, he is likely quite dehydrated. At this point, Mojo must be seen by a vet immediately for an exam, diagnostic testing, and may even need to be hospitalized for fluid therapy and other supportive treatments.

Your cat should be examined by a veterinarian for a work up and treatment. There are a lot of diseases that could cause those signs including diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, gastrointestinal issues, thyroid disease, and cardiac disease. Your vet may need to run lab-work and take X-rays to diagnose.
