Your cat should be examined by a veterinarian for a work up and treatment. There are a lot of diseases that could cause those signs including diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, gastrointestinal issues, thyroid disease, and cardiac disease. Your vet may need to run lab-work and take X-rays to diagnose.

Your cat may have diabetes, or another severe disease. Please take her to a veterinarian for an exam and blood tests. Cats cannot be without eating for more than 2 days or they get liver disease which can kill them. Please take Fatty to a veterinarian in the morning.

I'm sorry to hear that Buttons is not well. Any continued abnormal symptoms (longer than 24 hours) warrants a vet exam. I cannot tell you what is wrong with him just by your description but I do think he is sick. Any illness or disease process could cause his symptoms.

Please get him a vet exam as soon as you can. He can't go very long without eating and drinking.

Poor Kiki! He could have an infection, parasite, or possibly a congenital problem. If the signs continue then he needs to be seen by a vet to determine the cause and treat. Your vet can check a stool sample for parasites and then prescribe medications to help treat the problem. He might also need some fluids to prevent dehydration. Hope he feels better soon!

These are general signs of disease, unfortunately almost any disease can manifest itself with those symptoms and for this reason I won't be able to give you an idea of what could be causing this. I would recommend taking Tonyt to the vet ASAP for a physical examination, if nothing obvious is found he will probably need a blood test or an ultrasound and the vet will then treat him according to the results.

It sounds like he is getting sick. Without additional clinical signs it is hard to say exactly what is causing his lethargy and decreased appetite but he could be starting with a respiratory virus or a gastrointestinal virus. He could also have parasites that need to be treated. If it continues than he should be examined by a vet to determine the cause.
