My cat threw up yellow-green clumps but is fine. Should I worry?

If it was an isolated incident and she's not acting sick otherwise, I would just monitor her closely. If she does continue vomiting or develops diarrhea, lethargy or poor appetite, I would be concerned and would take her to your family veterinarian for an examination.

Hello, You may have gotten very lucky and that was all that was in there. If not watch for any continued vomiting, difficulty/pain when pooping and any behavior changes (sleeping more, not wanting to eat, etc) those would indicate a need to got to the vet. They may want to do xrays at that point to see if there is evidence of any string caught in the intestine.

Time will tell with this one. Since she's eating, drinking, and not lethargic, you certainly don't need to seek emergency care tonight. If tomorrow she still seems out of sorts, or continues to vomit, I would recommend scheduling a vet appointment for exam and x-rays of her abdomen. It sounds as your cat is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

Cats throw up once in a while, as long as it is not happening more than twice a month it's usually nothing to worry about, just monitor Nala and make sure the vomiting is not occurring again in the next few days.
