My cat has tapeworms and a seizure. Does he need emergency vet care?

my cat has tape worms and i'm not sure if i should take home to the vet. he had also had seizure a few days ago. so should i take him to the vet?

Tapeworms (the most common type, at least) can only be treated effectively with the drug praziquantel, which in the U.S. is only available with a vet's prescription. If he has tapeworms he also has fleas, more than likely, so he needs to be treated for fleas as well. And definitely, if Calvin has had a seizure, this is not normal and very concerning, so yes, you should take him in.
