Why is my cat's swollen vagina painful, and she won't eat or walk?

Hello. This looks like a very severe infection. The topical washes that you are using may be irritating the area more as they are not formulated for feline skin. This kitty really needs to see a veterinarian to be examined and treated. At minimum, she needs a prescription antibiotic. Your vet may want to do a urinalysis or an X-ray . Please try to have her seen ASAP.

I'm concerned that Deku could have a pyometra. This is an infection of the uterus, and it is fatal without treatment. She has to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

There is a good chance she could have an abscess. It needs to be opened and drained and then put on antibiotics for the infection. They can also give her some pain medications to help. If it is not an abscess then they may recommend doing an X-ray and make sure she didn’t break something. So I would have her looked at by tour vet. Hope she feels better soon

Poor girl. So it seems that Lela has a moderate amount of colon inflammation and a little bit of the colon is actually prolapsed (pushing outward). She should be seen by your vet immediately to have this area evaluated in person and determine if she needs to have this surgically repaired. I hope that you get some resolve soon for Lela and I am hoping for a full and speedy recovery. It is amazing what cats can go through and not seem to be affected by. They are truly the masters at hiding discomfort and pain. But we have to not use that as a ticket to avoiding proper veterinary care. If she is feverish, losing weight or hs a reduced appetite it should be investigated as soon as possible. You do not mention if she is spayed but accidents and trauma are another common cause of similar signs and often resolve themselves

Thank you for the photo. Yes, it does look serious but I cannot give you a specific diagnosis just based on this photo and your description. She is licking back there either because something is hurting her (so she is in pain) or she has an infection of either the anal area and/or the vagina/uterus/bladder. I am glad she is otherwise acting normally but that does not mean there is no problem here. I suggest you have her to a vet for an exam.
