Why is my cat sneezing and her face swollen after ringworm medicine?

This may be the start of an upper respiratory disease. They usually do have a fever and swollen lymph nodes (possibly causing the face to swell) early in the infection, which will make them feel bad. They also tend to avoid eating and drinking early in the infection. It appears that both sides of Blue's face are swollen, but if it happens that only one side is swollen, then this can indicate a local infection/abscess. This can happen with bite wounds, other puncture wounds, or dental disease. I wouldn't be too concerned about this being an emergency, but it's best if you can get Blue to a vet within the next day or two. While these infections are often mild, they can become complicated, which will make things much worse. The vet would be able to narrow-down the cause of this and prescribe the necessary treatment to make him feel better and keep the infection from getting worse. Facial swelling can be caused by an allergic reaction to something such as an insect sting or spider bite, an abscess from an injury, or even an abscessed tooth (unlikely in such a young cat). Fungal infections and trauma are the main things that come to mind although a tumor or a significant reaction to a foreign object in the nose may look like this. She needs to be evaluated and start the process of figuring out whats causing all this. Unfortunately, there's really nothing you can do as the process is internal. She is a cutie! This could be from an insect/spider bite that has cause a local infection/abscess which is why is has started to swell. This could potentially be a cancerous mass that has caused an inflammatory reaction as well. Since it has recently become swollen, I would strongly recommend for your vet to take a look at it. Your vet will be able to aspirate the mass or swelling if needed. They can even take X-rays if needed if they are concerned about sinus or honey involvement. This does not look like an allergic reaction which could come from a systemic medication. This lump/growth should be ideally examined by your veterinarian to have a definitive diagnosis. Your vet will examine it and possibly perform with an FNA (fine needle aspiration) or a biopsy. I would guess that Greggy has an upper respiratory infection. This can cause eye swelling and discharge from conjunctivitis along with sneezing and nasal discharge. A scratch on the eye might also be possible. If there are absolutely no vets around today (you might want to try travelling to see an emergency vet) then I'd recommend keeping Greggy comfortable until he can see a vet - he may need antibiotics and prescription eye ointment. You should make sure he's eating and drinking - you may want to try offering canned food if his appetite seems decreased.
