Since you washed her off, I think she will be fine. Watch her for any abnormal behaviors (not eating/drinking, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, etc). There is a chance of toxicity with ingesting dish soap. Dish soap is listed as a non-ionic detergent, and you will see vomiting and diarrhea if she digests it. I recommend trying to get her to wash the rest off, and the monitor her. If she does starting vomiting and having diarrhea, you need to take her to your vet right away. Your vet will have to administer treatment, as inducing vomiting is not recommended because it will do more harm than good. Next time you wash your cat, I'd recommend a pet shampoo to do it.

If there was some pollen on your hands that you transferred on Oreo's fur, then yes there is a chance that he may get into trouble. I wouldn't have any concerns about contacting this small amount of lavender oil. Cats can be sensitive to essential oils that are diffused in the air or used topically on the cat, but contact with a small amount shouldn't be a concern.

Katrina most likely will be fine. I can't imagine she ingested enough to be toxic. Just monitor her closely to be sure she is eating and drinking OK and her normal active self. These chemicals can cause oral ulcerations (sores in her mouth) which may make her not want to eat. If you are worried about her you can always take her to your vet for an exam.

Fabric softeners can contain cationic detergents, and ingesting it can be toxic. There is a possibility of severe side effects such as vomiting, oral ulcers, seizures, drops in blood pressure, collapse, or fluid in the lungs. I would bath him now in water water and Dawn dish soap to get all the fabric softener off of him. Make sure to bathe him thoroughly, and keep an eye on him. If you see any signs of toxicity, which include difficulty breathing, vomiting, excessively salivation, lethargy, collapse, seizures, or congestion, I would have him seen by a vet immediately.
