Should I worry about my cat getting sick from another cat's hair?

Theoretically, yes things can be transmitted like ringworm if a cat hair with a spore attached gets stuck to the collar. I suspect this would be rare but not impossible. Be careful of collars. I recommend washing hands and possibly leaving shoes away from your cats if the stray sneezed on or near them. Basic good hygiene will help prevent disease transmission to your kitties. If you are able please take the stray into the vet as soon as you are able as it sounds like she may have a significant respiratory infection. Be sure that she is tested for feline leukemia and FIV before you ever let her near your cats to be safe.

I think you are worrying too much. When gets lick a toxic substance they almost always start drooling and foaming at the mouth. If he didn't do that then he likely didn't get enough or any at all in his mouth. Just monitor him for now and if he starts acting sick then I would get him to your vet for an exam. Best wishes.

There are a lot of answers to your questions. Yes, there are many zoonotic diseases that can go between cats and humans. Too many to list here. Yes, even indoor cats can become ill. We can bring home diseases on us, and well as immune mediated diseases and cancers. I don’t really understand your last question. Ouch. Check out your kitty for burns and other injuries (she must have hopped in when the dryer was still hot. If there are none, make sure she has enough to drink, as she may be more thirsty. If you do find burns, she needs to be seen by a veterinarian. Otherwise I think she will be ok, as just being locked into a small space for a few hours is not usually detrimental. If the photos you uploaded were taken after she came out of the dryer, she looks pretty unfazed to me, not hurt by the adventure. HOWEVER! Make it a rule every day, to check the dryer and to close it , so your cat is not locked in it again.
