Hello and thank you for your post! Seizures can manifest in many ways. There are focal seizures or generalized seizures. During focal seizures, you may notice a twitch or abnormal head movement but this typically resolves quickly. A grand mal seizure is typically when the animal is involuntarily convulsing / shaking / tremoring after collapsing. If you think your cat has had seizures, I would strongly suggest you bring her in for an examination with a vet. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions or concerns.
