My cat has three sebaceous cysts. They seem to have stopped growing in size for now and they dont seem to bother him too much. I was wondering if there is any harm in waiting to get them removed, or not getting them removed at all?

Hello, sebaceous cysts are benign and are only really removed for aesthetic reasons or if they are bothering your cat. Otherwise, they should not cause any harm to you cat. Monitor for any changes in appearance or if they grow in size as those may indicate that you should remove them. Hope this helps.
