Keep it clean with warm clean water and you can use some dilute Betadine (iodine) once a day as well. If it’s not getting better, take her to a vet to be evaluated and to further advise you. Keep the wounds clean and dry, and monitor them for signs of infection. If you see redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or pus, then they are infected and she will need to see the vet for antibiotics to treat it.

Poor cat. This looks wide enough where it should at the very least get a topical treatment. You can try an over the counter antibitoic ointment or spray from your local pet store. Ask a store representative as to what is available in your area. You should also clean this area with Betadine diluted 50:50 with warm water to help keep bacteria and infection at bay. Those spots on Molly could be several things including allergies, skin mites, flea bites, ringworm (which humans can get) or a bacterial infection. You can try adding in an omega 3 fatty acid supplement for cats, this can help improve the skin health. You can also check/treat her for fleas to be safe. You may also try changing her diet to something like Royal Canin or Nutro as they are aimed at skin health. Protect the areas from licking or scratching and she may need to wear and Elizabethan collar at all times. If the lesions don't start looking better within about a week or if they get worse, have her examined by the veterinarian who may prescribe medications. It appears to be minor but without a close physical exam, this cannot be confirmed. Keep the area clean and dry. You can use a diluted Betadine or chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) solution to clean it daily. If you notice the other cat licking at it, separate them until it heals completely. If you notice Helia licking at it, place an e-collar (cone) on her until it heals.

You can clean the area with hydrogen peroxide. I would then take a hot wet washcloth and massage the area. The heat and massage will improve the blood supply to the area so it will heal more quickly. If there is a pocket of puss the goal is to get the scab off so the infection can drain. If there is an open wound then I would apply a thin film of antibacterial ointment on it afterwards. If she becomes lethargic and not eating then I would bring her in for an exam as she may have a fever and need antibiotics.
