Cats are often going into heat within 2 weeks after weaning the kittens. The discharge is called lochia and can last several weeks after the kittens are born. After a few matings, their heat cycle will shorten in length. Eggs will be released in response to a hormone surge that is triggered by the breeding. It is not possible for your cat to be in heat this soon. She likely is experiencing some other internal problem and I highly recommend taking her to your vet right away. She needs a proper exam and possible diagnostic tests (bloodwork +/- radiographs) to determine what the internal problem is and hopefully get her treated quickly.
