My cat pees on my clothes, but her litter box is clean. What's wrong?

Maybe, maybe not. In Kitty's case, it could mean that the CKD has gotten worse, that there is an infection or other urinary issue like stones, or that Kitty isn't feeling well/anxious. Some cats may climb into the box but still "miss" it by sticking their bottoms over the side when they go. Using sides or a lid on the box may help solve this if that is the case. Yes, I would bring Pigeon into the vet. This can be a sign of a UTI or bladder stones, and the only way to know for sure is to have her checked out by a vet, do bloodwork, and a urinalysis. Because she was using the box previously and now isn't, that can also be another sign something is wrong. Give her vet a call now to make her an appointment.
