My cat has only done this maybe 3 times in the past year. She’s peed on a bed and when she does it has looked “sparkly”. What would be the cause of this? It has happened around the time We have moved or I had to leave her for a few days. Would that be related?

This may be crystals or a protein plug which can occur with feline urinary tract inflammation or infection. I recommend an urgent health check and urine exam with your regular vet to determine the most appropriate treatment which generally includes pain/antiinflammatory medications and diet change with antibiotic if evidence of infection is present
