My cat isn't eating, drinking, vomiting, and has dark stool. Help!

Poor Hulk! He may not be eating because of nausea so your vet could try an anti-nausea medication called Cerenia and Pepcid (an antacid) and see if that helps him eat. Your vet can also teach you how to give him subcutaneous fluids at home to help keep his kidney values down. Your vet could also try an appetite stimulant (Mirtazapine, Cyproheptadine) to increase your cats appetite and get him eating again.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. It sounds like your kitty is very ill. I would recommend taking him to an emergency clinic (or his regular clinic tomorrow if an emergency clinic is not possible) for an exam and labwork. This could be something treatable (or at least manageable, if not curable) or it may not be. I would be worried about kidney disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, cancer, and liver disease - it could definitely be other things too, but these are at the top of my list. It is hard to say exactly what the cause is without seeing Darkas first. Viral infections, bacterial or parasitic infections, dental or oral disease, organ dysfunction and others could all be potential causes. I would wait and see what the diagnostic tests reveal to get a better idea of what is going on so he can get the most appropriate care and treatment. Best wishes to you and Darkas!

Oh my. Poor cat. These signs are very concerning in a cat. They could mean a number of things could be going on including an infection, kidney disease, or liver disease just to name a few. I would highly recommend taking Rosita in to your local vet right away for diagnostic testing so that we can identify the underlying problem quickly and get her some treatment to help stabilize her. I am sorry to hear your cat is not feeling well. If this medication was prescribed by your veterinarian and your cat is still vomiting despite the medication then I would seek veterinary care immediately. If the medication was NOT prescribed by your veterinarian then please do not give any more, and take your cat in for evaluation. You do not mention how old the kitty is-any number of issues could be going on. A foreign body obstruction in the intestinal tract, a gastrointestinal infection, dietary indiscretion, a cancerous process, even renal failure can cause the symptoms you have noted. Your cat needs a thorough physical exam and your vet May recommend some diagnostics such as xrays and bloodwork. I hope your kitty feels better soon.

With the description and blood results, I worry about a condition known as hepatic lipidosis (fatty liver disease) or triaditis (inflammation of the pancreas, liver and small intestines). For fatty liver disease, a feeding tube is generally recommended to help bring cats out of this condition as nutritional support is key and extremely important in these cases. I would recommend an abdominal ultrasound as the next diagnostic step to help better determine what the cause could be. If Kitty is still not wanting to eat, you need to consider hospitalization and feeding tube placement to help her get through this. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. It is hard to say what exactly is causing Ickle's symptoms without examining him first, but these symptoms could point to advanced stage kidney disease which is very common in cats and can cause lethargy, anemia, and inappetence as toxins that should be normally filtered by the kidneys build up in the body. Kidneys make a substance that stimulated red blood cell production so when the kidney function in compromised, this substance is not made as much as can cause anemia. Another possibility may be liver disease or certain cancers. A simple blood test can be determine what organ(s) are not functioning well so the appropriate treatments can be given.
