My cat won't eat and has stomach pain. What should I do right now?

I suspect Cleo is not feeling well and may be nauseous. Just like people, there are many conditions that can make pets feel sick. This could range from bacterial over growth to intestinal blockage. Also like us, diseases are best addressed early and this may result in a better prognosis. You need to monitor Cleo closely. If she is not eating or drinking well for 24 hours, if there is vomiting/diarrhea/coughing or signs of pain, I recommend to have her examined by the veterinarian today. If the lethargy lasts for 24 hours, your kitty also needs to be examined. The doctor will need to learn the underlying cause in order to give appropriate treatment. Bring in a stool sample in case the doctor needs to test it. At home, Cleo should continue resting. Encourage eating and drinking. Bring her the food and water. Fluid intake is very important when pets and people don't feel good. You may try offering her some boiled white meat chicken or canned tuna (in water not oil). Hopefully this will pass quickly. If Mo develops any vomiting, diarrhea, or a decreased appetite, then he should be evaluated immediately by your veterinarian. Potential causes for this included a dietary indiscretion, ingestion of foreign material, inflammation of the bowel, pancreatitis, and less likely liver or kidney disease. These are very concerning symptoms, and could fit several serious issues, such as GI obstruction, internal bleeding, infection, cancer, etc. I would recommend having Lily examined by a vet. After physical examination, the vet may recommend diagnostics such as blood work or x-rays to determine the best possible treatment.

I’m sorry Midnight isn’t feeling well. There is a long list of problems that could be causing her non-descript signs. Urinary infection , gastritis, pancreatitis, intestinal foreign body, among many other problems are possible. If she is still “off” tomorrow then I would encourage you to have her evaluated by a veterinarian. It definitely sounds like something is bothering Kavek. I would recommend taking him to a veterinarian to get evaluated. He may have an upset stomach or he may have hurt himself. Yes, Artemis could have an upset stomach from all the food changes. It's actually quite serious when a cat won't eat, as if they go long enough without eating, they will develop a fatty liver. I would take her into a vet first thing in the morning. Best of luck.
