My cat is sick, not eating, in pain, with mouth goo. What should I do?

That's pretty dramatic weight loss which indicates something serious is going on. The "goo" from his mouth could indicate a tooth infection (perhaps he's not eating because his mouth is so painful), or he could be excessively drooling from nausea, which could indicate a systemic disease such as diabetes or kidney disease. Ashton needs to be seen by a vet as soon as possible. Your vet will be able to perform a good oral exam to see if the problem is coming from his mouth, and if no obvious issue is seen, they will need to run bloodwork to check his organ function. It's very important to bring him in as soon as possible, as cats who aren't eating are at risk of other problems, such as hepatic lipidosis (fatty liver disease) which can make him sicker. Smokey is a handsome boy, and I'm sorry he's sick! He could have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, may have pancreatitis, or could have a GI illness causing his symptoms. It's serious when a cat doesn't eat, as it predisposes them to a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. Given he's been sick since Friday, he needs veterinary care now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. FIrst of all feed him only wet food for now, you will need to bring him to the vet quite urgently, from the sound of it he will probably need an invasive procedure to remove the remaining teeth as the teeth are usually the cause of the severe gum disease. he will also need antibiotics and anti inflammatories.

Offer him kibble that has been soaked in warm water or canned food as the softer food will be easier to eat until his issue is resolved. You need to take your cat into a vet now for treatment. You cannot give him any human pain medications, as many are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. Not eating is extremely serious, as it will lead to a fatty liver if he goes long enough without food. A fatty liver is fatal without treatment. Please bring him into a vet immediately.
