Is there something wrong with my cats nose her has like black snot on it all the time know it's like pink and raw and he seem uncomfortable when I touch it like he is in pain.

Is that just frank red blood or is that a sore? It is hard to tell from the photo. Either way, I think you can give it some time to see what happens. If there is no more bleeding then you can just monitor her; if it happens again she will need to see a vet. If it is a sore, it may resolve on it's own but if it doesn't show improvement in 4-5 days then she should see a vet.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is sometimes seen with fungal infections such as one caused by Cryptococcus or cancers such as squamous cell carcinoma. However, it could also be something more benign. There is evidence of bleeding at some point. I recommend taking Tutie to her veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to diagnose this and proceed accordingly. They may decided to take biopsies or samples of this to try to reach a diagnosis. Treatment depends on the findings. Best of luck!
