My cat's nipple felt scabby, then something came off. Should I worry?

Can cat nipples fall off? I thought her nipple felt very scabby. Rub it a few times and then it came off. Theres a small red legion but no pain

It probably wasn't her nipple but a build up of dead skin and sebaceous material collecting around the nipple itself. If it doesn't bother her and she's not licking excessively, then there is likely no cause for concern. Monitor the redness for resolution.

It looks like she may have cut a little piece of her nipple and has a scab now. I wouldn't worry right now. I would monitor it and if she starts to lick it I would get her an Elizabethan collar. If it starts to get red and irritated I would recommend taking her to a veterinarian to have it evaluated.
