Urinary tract infection and possible metabolic disorder (weight loss and acting differently could be compatible with hyperthyroidism). A check up is absolutely needed as these signs are quite concerning and immediate assessment is required.

Poor Sasha! It definitely sounds like she's sick. Unfortunately, these are very vague symptoms that could be caused by a number of different things. Some common causes of not eating, urinary accidents outside the litter box, and weight loss could include chronic liver or kidney disease, bladder or kidney stones, diabetes, or some type of cancer. I would really recommend taking Sasha to the vet for an exam as soon as you are able to - he/she can do blood work, a urinalysis, and other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and see what can be done to treat it.
