Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | neutered | 14 lbs
My cat seems to be a bit lethargic, licking his lips, not quite himself. I've seen him throw up 2 days ago and dry heave yesterday. His breathing looks a little harder but not faster then 30-40 respiarations per minute. Should I take him to vet right away? He has appt wednesday

You should definitely take Michaleto to the vet as soon as possible, these are mostly signs of nausea, that could be caused by either a gastrointestinal issue, kidney failure or liver disease, it could be very serious, he will probably need to have a blood test done at the vet's in order to try and find out the cause of the condition.
