A viral infection can cause an increase in temperature (fever) and lethargy. Upper respiratory infections like cat flu usually will also cause sneezing, nasal discharge and eye discharge. There are many other infections that could cause fever and lethargy as well. Antibiotics are also only necessary if there is a secondary bacterial infection. I think your first step will be to have a veterinarian examine your cat once they are available and determine what might be causing her illness. Until then I would recommend trying to encourage her to eat by offering canned foods and making sure she has plenty of water available.
