It sounds like Happy may be lethargic, which is a very general sign of illness that could be caused by systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury among other things. If he has been lethargic for longer than 24 hours, I would take him into the vet for a health check. The vet can diagnose what is causing his lethargy and the best way to treat him. Good luck, I hope this helps!

Poor Tom. Lacking in energy can be due to an illness, but because it's a common symptom of many illnesses, I can't say what is causing it. Since he is outdoor, it could also be that he's injured. I would see if you can find a vet who can come to your house to check him out, as he does need veterinary care.
