My cat giving birth stopped contractions, kitten feet out. What to do?

so my cat was giving birth but stopped having contractions mid-birth with the kitten's feet stick out of her what should i do

She may be taking a break due to strain. By now she should have resumed contractions and have delivered her kitten. If she stopped altogether having contractions, you can very GENTLY try to pull the kitten on both feet. If it does not move, or seem stuck, you will need to take your cat and the kittens to a vet for him to develop that stuck kitten.
