My cat hurt his paw, isn't eating, and wheezes. Should I go to ER?

I would recommend a vet visit for Snow. If he is not eating that may be a sign of fever or pain and being unable to move his paw indicates a potential serious problem. Ouch, poor Felix! If he can't walk on it, it looks infected, and he's hardly eaten or drank today, you should take him into a vet right away. It's likely very painful to him, causing him to not be able to put pressure on it. Severe pain would keep him from eating and drinking as well. The wound needs to be cleaned, he will need antibiotics for the infection, and pain medication. The vet can do all of this for him. Please do not give Felix any human pain medications, as many are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. I would take him into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see him now.

If he injured his leg it probably got infected and he needs antibiotic treatment in order to get better. if you can't find a vet you will need to give him some pediatric antibiotic suspension, such as amoxy/clav for example, the dosage is 15 mg/kg.

It's actually very serious when a cat won't eat, and if they go long enough without eating, they will develop a fatty liver. A fatty liver is fatal without treatment,. Totoro needs to see a vet now, please take him into one immediately.
