In the later stages of pregnancy you will see her abdomen become enlarged and she may develop enlarged mammary glands as well. These signs would be highly consistent with being pregnant. Alternatively since it has been 2 months, she should be able to undergo an x-ray to see if there are any kittens that she could be carrying. It could be that she has recently gained weight, and that is causing her belly to get bigger.
