My cat has something growing on her tooth or gum. What should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 8 months old

Meeyao have developed something along her tooth in upper jaw.. seems like as if some structure is coming outside penetrating the flesh.. can you please tell what it is and what I am supposed to do now?

Hello. That is curious looking. Is it hard like bone of fleshy? The problem is that we really cannot discuss this in this format. If you were my client, I would definitely like to explore it a bit by probing with a pair of forceps, so the best thing to do here is take Meeyao in to your vet. It could just be a piece of bone that lodged behind the tooth, but if not, you just do not want to go yanking things out. I hope you can have this looked after soon.
