My cat's eye infection won't heal. Is there an easy spray treatment?

First of all, if you didn't take her to your vet you need to do this so the eye can be checked first, it might be an eye injury or eye ulcer, in such a case the treatment will be different. Veterycin is an eye wash, it is not a medical drops and does not treat eye infections, if she has an infection she needs an antibiotic eye drops which you can get from your vet after he checks her eye.

Marvel will need to see a vet for this. Any eye problem has to be checked out by a vet because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I'd take him into a vet today to have his eye infection treated. Best of luck.

You will have to use your best judgement on if Binx needs to see the vet tonight or if it can wait, since I am not able to evaluate the eye. If he has chronic eye infections, they may be viral, and the antibiotics may or may not be needed. Helping him keep it clean by using a warm wet washcloth until he sees the vet.

Oreo seems to have an infection. We cannot rule out a corneal ulcer just by looking at the picture. Cats often have upper respiratory tract infection, and develop conjunctivitis and I discharge because of it. Take Oreo to your veterinarian for a detailed exam that possibly will include staining the cornea to rule out ulcers. I forsee you will have to give eye meds at least twice a day or more depending on the physical findings. This could be a viral or bacterial infection that may need to be addressed by your veterinarian. There is likely nothing OTC that can be given to resolve it. An exam would be strongly recommended to prevent permanent damage or loss of vision.
