My cat has what looks like... extra skin? In her right inner corner eye. I've noticed it since Monday Jan 6, 20. What could this possibly be?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Elsa. Her third eyelids appear to be mildly elevated. This can occur with allergies, an eye infection or with a condition known as Horner's syndrome. In this last case though it is usually just on one side. Watch her closely for redness, drainage or pawing at her eyes. If these things occur, she will likely need veterinary care. Otherwise, if she is as acting normal, it should be fine to monitor her. Good luck!
