Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is hard to know without an examination. However, with the vomiting described I would be suspicious of something gastrointestinal in nature such as gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, among other possibilities. That does not explain the swollen chin and that may be due to some traumatic injury. This may all be due to a toxicity of some sort for example. I highly recommend you have Jango evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a great day!
