If Tom only vomited one time I would not be that concerned but multiple bouts of vomiting in a short period of time is very concerning. He really needs to be examined by a vet as soon as possible. There could be several causes of vomiting in your cat - gastritis (inflammation of the stomach wall), pancreatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal parasites. It sounds as Tommy is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

This is absolutely dietary related. The tuna can commony cause that. I would recommend to withhold food for the next 8 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken or white fish and rice in small portions every 6 hours for the next 48hours.
