How long until my cat brings her kittens out from under the house?

Mom thinks this is a safe place, and they will be fine there. Try to make sure she has access to fresh food and water and they'll be fine. Take them in for deworming and vaccinations at 6-8 weeks.

Cats can be incredibly secretive about their kittens. When she comes to you you could have a look at her tests to see if the surrounding four is wet from suckling. They are probably near by and she comes over to see you.

She feels that her kittens may be safer in the house. She might want to move them from thee cat house. Can you bring the cat house close to the house or inside or on your porch (if you have one?)?. She will also now need to eat kitten food, which is more nutritious than her normal food.

She may have had the kittens and left them someplace secure while she searches for food. You can continue to feed her for the next 6 weeks or so. You may see the kittens before then. If so, you can choose to take them all in. Leaving her out puts her at risk of harm, but taking her in before her kittens are weaned puts them at risk. It is a difficult situation.

It might really stress her out to be inside if she's never been inside, so I would just leave out food for her, and set up a shelter for her and her kittens. A natural instinct of mother cats is to hide their kittens to protect them. They will keep their kittens in the safest spot they can find. If she was afraid they might be in any danger, that is likely why she moved them. She will know where that 3rd kitten is hiding. The kittens are 4 weeks old, and will start moving around more and more. Hopefully, the 3rd one should start showing up soon. Try not to disturb her too much in your search, she might become upset if her area becomes "too busy" and may move them again.

It is ok that she is bringing them to you. They often move them to keep the safe and protect them. As long as she lays with them to keep them warm and fed it is fine. I would however take them off the bed and keep them on level ground because they can migrate and crawl and we do not want them falling off. They can begin to be weaned between 4-6 weeks of age
