What breed is my cat with a flat face or curled ears? Is it normal?

It may be part of his genetics as a lynx mix has curved pointed ears. Some scarring can create that also if there were prior ear infections that were not treated. Whichever the reason it does make it harder to examine the ears and clean then because of the folds and can lead to chronic ear infections.

I am not sure what you think is abnormal. It is normal for a cat's ear to have that shape. There may be a little crust in the top part of that cavity, but it does not look serious. If it gets infected or red have a veterinarian examine it.

Many white cats are deaf but i suspect the falling ear has nothing to do with it, it's probably due to some sort of trauma, possibly an ear infection, i would recommend having it checked by a vet ASAP.

The area right in front of the ears typically looks like the fur is thinner there, partly because of the angle at which it stands out from the body. The skin looks healthy and there isn't anyplace I can see that is bare. That doesn't look like anything to worry about to me.

This is likely just because the cartilage in the ears are not as strong at the top. It isn't likely an issue as long as it isn't red, swollen, painful, scabbed, etc. If he continues to itch, I would just continue to follow up with your vet to ensure that the eat infection isn't coming back. I don't think we can verify the genetics of any cat without a genetic test, but this kitten it is tough to tell from the photos if he has the appearance of a persian cat, which normally have a flattened appearance to the face. But we cannot see a side-view here, so it is tough to say. If his face is flattened, the appearance is mild (but there can be variations within the breed).
