Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 7 years and 2 months old | 20 lbs
For the 2nd time in two weeks my 7 year old male cat showed lots of dark blood in his stools. He has always been healthy, is fed good cat food still has an appetite and does not appear or act sick. I've noticed lately he attempts to eat cardboard and common linoleum floor tile broken pieces some of which can be pretty sharp. My guess would be he ate some and maybe cut his guts a bit? Will such dissolve in a cuts guts?
