Hi, I have 2 cats that are acting completely normal but have some bloody mucus in there normal stools. The blood is fresh red with some clear jelly looking stuff. I thought it could be a parasite, but they both get DE in their food. Any ideas? They eat, drink, sleep, play, poop and pee normal. Could it be food related? I'm so lost.

It's probably a contagious gastrointestinal infection, it could also be intestinal parasites. this will require treating them with antibiotics and deworming, you should contact your vet regarding this issue hopping he will prescribe those medications for all of them.
