My cat's poop has blood in it lately. He's had loose stools for about 2 weeks now, which was when he was dewormed. I started him on these probiotics three days ago. He's eating his food but he doesn't finish it in one sitting. He usually finishes it quickly. He's been pooping a lot too for the past few days. But the blood only showed up prominently today. Both the photos of the poop were from today. I've changed his food from all wet food to dry food in the morning and wet food at night.

This may be a bacterial infection or diet or stress related. Since it is getting worse I would have a fecal exam redone to check for bacteria or giardia. They may recommend a probiotic to help with stress and a diet change temporarily to something easier to digest.
