My cat has blood in its eye. Is this a vet emergency? What to do?

hey guys my retarded mother thinks it's not necessary to go to the veterinarian with my cat and there's no way I can go by myself please take a look at the photos i've attached and tell me what you think please!!!!

Yes, you are correct that James needs to see a vet immediately! It looks there is blood in his eye in your pictures, and this is a medical emergency. Leaving this untreated can lead to permanent vision loss. This will also be very painful to him. I would tell your mother that you spoke to a vet for free, and were advised that he has to see a vet now. Please take him into a vet right away.
