My cat isn't eating, puking green liquid, and ate a balloon string?

If he ate the balloon two weeks ago and is now vomiting than he should be examined by a vet right away. There is a chance the balloon is causing an obstruction and your vet can take an x-ray to determine the cause. If he has an obstruction, he will need surgery to remove the balloon.

Once he threw up the balloon and the entire length of string, he should be fine. The offending foreign body has left his gastrointestinal system. However you should really check your house for any more items like that including string, as a linear foreign body (string causing an intestinal blockage) is a serious problem and would need surgery to remove. So since your kitty regurgitated the entire string and balloon he should be okay.

Oh naughty Loki for eating string! If he is more lethargic than usual and isn't eating, I would take him into the vet right away. It is possible there is still more string instead his intestines, and he should be examined by a vet now. If there is still string in his GI tract, then he will need surgery to remove it.

This is a medical emergency and he has to see a vet now. Without seeing him in person, I can't say what is causing his symptoms so I can't say what medications he needs. I can say he is quite sick, and this cannot be treated at home. Please take him into a vet immediately.

Poor Willie! Given that it appears she has vomited a foreign object (decorative balls from your bedspread) and the face she isn't eating, I would take her into a vet now. It's actually very serious when a cat doesn't eat, as they will develop a fatty liver when they go too long without eating. A fatty liver is fatal without treatment, so that needs to be avoided. However, if she continues to vomit, this may be due to an obstruction and further therapy may be needed. It's concerning that Ichigo has been throwing up since Saturday night. Most moths don't pose a risk to cats, but there are certain species such as the Garden Tiger Moth that may be poisonous if ingested. It could be there is another cause of his vomiting, such as a GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, or pancreatitis. It's concerning that he hasn't eaten in a day and a half, as when a cat doesn't eat going on 72 hours, they develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. That's very serious, and because of this, I strongly recommend that he sees a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
