Is Zupreem okay? My Quaker bird is sneezing and trying to regurgitate.

Regurgitation can be caused by inhaled or ingested toxins (plants, paint, zinc, lead, etc.), metabolic problems (liver or kidney disease), infectious agents, gastrointestinal foreign bodies, just to name a few. This could be due to the coloring in the food, especially if he seems to eat the red pellets more than the others. if this is the only symptom i would just keep an eye on him for now, try watching when he eats and check if he indeed eats the reds more.

Primary reasons that are likely are heavy metal toxicity, ingested foreign bodies, mega-bacteria and more. A veterinary visit for radiographs and blood work is recommended.
