Why is my pigeon's poop yellow after calcium supplement?

A veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. The birds should be separated prior to your veterinary visit, so you can monitor appetite. Try discontinuing the egg to see if this returns the urine to normal color. If not, a veterinary visit is recommended to assess and check for liver disease (also a cause of yellow urine). Good luck.

Diarrhea can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. This could of course be due to the calcium supplement. Unless giving this has been directed by a veterinarian, you can start by discontinuing this calcium supplement to see if that is the cause of the diarrhea. She may not need to be on any supplements. Keep in mind that is she is being fed a complete diet, she should not require supplementation. I recommend that you have Lucy evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Parasites and some types of foods can also cause the urates to change color slightly, so deworming your flock (if you haven't already) and making sure the starter/grower feed you're feeding doesn't have dyes, etc in it that can change stool color may also help. Respiratory issues and infections can also sometimes cause color changes to the stool as well. If the pullet isn't growing well, seems ill, or you've recently dewormed, then having a vet rule out other issues is best.

The explained example sound like increased urine and less urates. This could be due to increased water consumption but possibly also due to renal disease. Some intestinal parasites can also modify how the intestines absorb water through the intestinal tract. If the problem persists, an visit to an avian veterinarian is recommended.

Too much calcium COULD cause a concern, but maybe taking an occasional blood sample to measure circulating calcium, would be a good idea. This might indicate over supplementation of calcium. Normally birds regulate calcium absorption through the intestines and supplementation is not a problem. Monitor defecation and urination. Keep in contact with your veterinarian. Good luck.

Without much other info it would be hard to say what is going on. Some organ issues, parasites, and infections can cause whiter stool or urea changes, while feeding too many snacks/changes in diet can change it as well. If this has been ongoing for a while, I would have the affected bird checked out by your vet to rule out any serious health issues.
