Is my pigeon's twisted neck and green droppings PMV or salmonella?

PMV does indeed cause this symptom very often, there is no treatment for PMV unfortunately but many pigeons do recover from it as long as it is not too severe and as long as they are able to eat and drink. 3 weeks is starting to be a long time though, if in 3 more weeks you do not see any improvement, chances of recovery are not good.

If you want to keep it, you should put it in a box, in quiet environment with water and food available at all times. However, If the pigeon is not taking any food or water and cannot keep the balance, you should take him to your local vets.

A veterinary visit is recommended to assess and provide a diagnostic/treatment plan. The birds should be separated prior to your veterinary visit, so you can monitor appetite. Providing heat support in the 80-85 F range can give some aid. Good luck.

Torticollis or wry neck in pigeons can be a result of trauma, inner ear infections, viral diseases. Dehydration is another possibility. Dehydration and soft tissue trauma would be the only things that could respond that rapidly. Vitamin B deficiencies usually don't respond this quickly. If you need a definitive answer, a veterinary visit is needed for some diagnostics testing. Good luck.

Watery green stool can be caused by a number of things including problems with the diet, too many snacks or treats, parasites, illness, and even organ issues. If you've given Lucky some snacks recently, removing all extra treats and only feeding his food for a few days may help resolve the issue. If it continues, having a vet take a look in person is best to rule out issues such as parasites, illness, etc that could also be the cause.

There are multiple causes of acute loss of legs including: spinal trauma, metabolic concerns (liver, kidney), infectious diseases (circovirus, aspergillosis), and more. This looks like Pigeon pox, some birds recover from the disease spontaneously others don't but there is no treatment for it (not dangerous to humans). Pigeon pox is a viral disease to which pigeons are susceptible. Pigeon pox is caused by a virus that is spread by mosquitoes and dirty water but not in droppings. The disease causes pox scabs to form around the bird's face, mouth and feet.
