Why are my parrot's green feathers changing color? Is it a disease?

  What you should do greatly depends on the cause of the color change.
  
  Some color change is normal as a bird ages, or if they're in different stages of molting, and nothing really needs to be done other than ensuring your bird stays on a balanced, healthy diet to maintain optimal health.
  
  if you're seeing signs of illness in addition to the color change, or visible issues with the skin such as wounds or redness, excessive itching, etc, then it could indicate something such as parasites or skin disease that should be treated.
  
  If your bird seems listless, isn't eating well, etc in addition to the feather changes, then seeking veterinary care is best. Bloodwork can be used to rule out any health issues such as malnutrition and treatment can then be decided depending on the cause.

  Without seeing photos I'm not sure what changes you are referring to. If she was a young bird when you got her, some color changes are normal as birds mature and age, and they may have darkening of the feathers, beak, etc which is normal.
  
  If you are seeing signs of illness, the feathers look messed up, dull, or she seems undernourished, then it could indicate something else underlying such as an illness, infection, malnutrition, etc which should be checked out by a vet.
