Unfortunately, those are all very vague symptoms of illness that can be caused by any number of things including infections, diseases, parasites, malnutrition, etc. It would be best to bring Mitthu to your local vet for a complete exam to try and find out what is wrong. They may suggest additional tests such as bloodwork or an X-ray to help find the problem. In the meantime, keeping him in a warm hospital cage that is separated from any other birds and with easy access to food and water in shallow dishes with low perches may help some until he can be seen by a vet.

Once birds show signs of being ill, the disease is fairly advanced and earlier veterinary intervention has a better prognosis. Providing heat support in the 80-85 F range can give some support. Removing perches and allowing to sit on the bottom of the cage, on a soft blanket/towel can improve comfort and cost less energy. The sooner the veterinary visit, the better the prognosis. You can try moving him to a hospital cage away from other birds that is kept warm and with easy access to food and water, however if he is having trouble breathing, gasping for air, or sneezing uncontrollably, seeking vet care is needed.

I would be concerned that your bird may have injured himself or inhaled some water during his bath since he is not acting normally now.
