My bird is sick: why is he slow, weak, mouth open, and tail low?

My birds slow and weak, mouth always open and his tail is low to the ground.

Thanks for reaching out about Lio. It sounds as if he is fairly sick, so a veterinary visit is recommended as soon as possible, probably today. Once birds show signs of being ill, the disease is fairly advanced and earlier veterinary intervention has a better prognosis. Providing heat support in the 80-85 F range can give some support. Removing perches and allowing to sit on the bottom of the cage, on a soft blanket/towel can improve comfort and cost less energy. The sooner the veterinary visit, the better the prognosis.
