Is it safe for my parakeet to drink diluted non-caffeine herbal tea?

A radiographs at any veterinary clinics should be able to determine easily. The prognosis is good with treatment. Apple cider vinegar might help with a decrease of bacteria in the water but is not a treatment for an intestinal infection. Other causes include metabolic disorders (liver, kidney), infections, toxicities, viral or fungal diseases and more. Providing heat support in the 80-85 F range can give some aid but is not a treatment. Good luck.

Finches and budgies can eat a commercially available seed or pelleted diet (found in most pet stores or on the internet). I do not recommend the use of essential oils in the presence (ie the same room) of parakeets or any other birds. There are some oils that are toxic (such as tea tree oil) and others that may not be, however toxicity often depends on the concentration of the oil and while an oil may not causing toxic signs in one bird, it may in another more sensitive bird. There is no way to know other than trying it out, and , honestly, I would not risk my bird's health just to find out which oil does not harm him and which one does. If you use essential oils outside of Garcia's room, there should not be a problem.

Yes, neem leaf tea is safe to use for budgies as a bath or mist. You should have Nobita examined by your veterinarian to rule out or diagnose mites or skin infection, then clean and sanitize the cage, bowls, toys and perches. Discard anything that cannot be sanitized.

Monitor urine, if urinating regularly, you can assume hydration is adequate. Offering and training him to eat vegetables is important also for vitamins and other nutritions. Seed is not a complete diet for birds. Being small birds and having a high metabolism, there are susceptible to cold environments. Keeping parakeets warm, no lower than seventy degrees is recommended. Good luck.
